    When I was in my 20s, a guy I didn’t know messaged me to try to get me to move into his camper with him. When I turned him down, he asked if I’d freeze some eggs for him instead. Don’t know who he pictured implanting them into.

      Cream. It makes it fluffier as it vaporizes in the egg mixture as it cooks. Try it sometime, it makes a big difference.

        You get fluffier scrambled eggs with a small amount of water. Milk holds the egg together more, so they get clumpy.

          It makes them taste better and improves the texture, at least in my opinion.

          Crepes are basically super-duper eggy pancakes.
