Holy heck, that wasn’t a bogus headline
Today, over 99.5% of PlayStation 2 games are playable on the PCSX2. Discounting regional variants and versions of games, only four games aren’t rated as “Playable” or “Perfect” on PCSX2’s compatibility list. These are DRIV3R, Final Fantasy XI, Marvel Nemesis – Rise of the Imperfects, and World Series Baseball 2K3.
Those are the incompatible games (for now).
I’ve been following the project for a while now. They go out of their way to fix game-specific bugs, and lately it has been through accuracy fixes in emulation instead of hacks. True madlads over there.
