Likely work well enough. Tea keeps great in a thermos. I used a zojirushi for years and it often would still be piping hot after hours. Ive had good luck with yetis as well.

A coffee pot doesnt get quite hot enough for black tea, but its pretty close. 195 instead of the 208 range. Likely work well enough.
