I buy exactly what I will eat for the week, and eat it all. I don’t waste any food. At the end of seven days, my refrigerator is nearly empty, except for things that last me more than one week, like milk.
Out of curiosity, and if it doesn’t offend you, what’s your ethnicity and cultural background?
Why is that relevant?
OP has given no clues as to the meal they are continuously consuming. Perhaps the commentor to whom you are responding is try to pry out some indication of at least the flavor palette OP is working with.
I need to do this myself.
my boyfriend does this too lol. ill never understand
Is been way too long since this was posted without any update, what is the meal damnit!
So what’s the meal? When I lived alone I did a similar thing, but it was 3-4 meals.
I’m pretty sure this efficient lifestyle turn my family against me. 🤔
I’ve been eating tomato soup for lunch every day for what feels like at least a year simply because I went to medieval times and they gave me tomato soup and I liked it
Tomato soup was never a thing for me.
First time I had it was after a root canal. Made a grilled cheese, cut it into small cubes, tossed them into a bowl and poured hot tomato soup over it.
I had a mouthgasm. Pizza soup.
I think I try it again about once a month.
So what’s the meal?
Human flesh
Fun fact: humans have everything the human body needs.
‘Long pig.’
Except Brawndo…
Kinda uncool to post this and not tell us the meal, OP!
Hey, I’m on your side.
Totally. I was addressing OP!
I like your tiles. I even bought a t-shirt with one on it!
Thank you! I actually got the username from something else, but the tiles are super interesting.
And is it the same meal three times a day? And how do they drink milk that’s over a week old and not vomit?
Sadly, I do not know the answer to either question. Hopefully OP comes through.
I buy 3 one litre bags of milk every two or three weeks and they last just fine, what kind of milk are you drinking?
For those not in the know, eastern Canada has bagged milk. Look it up. I know of nowhere else that does this
Germany had them until the 80s. Cool concept with less trash.
The upper portion of the Midwest US used to, specifically kwik trip gas stations. They have their own line of goods, and until like 2 yrs or so ago that included bagged milk. Very disappointing it’s no longer available. They said it wasn’t worth replacing the old bagging machine.
Do you open all three bags when you get them and then keep using them for three weeks? I’m going to guess no, that you instead open them one at a time and use each one within a week of opening.
Milk usually lasts just over a week…
Could be UHT?
I bought fresh milk today, the use-by date is 11 December. It’ll still be fine by then. It only goes off if you leave it out of the fridge.
Milk keeps fresh for more than two weeks if you keep the container closed, doesn’t it? And after opening one container you simply use it up within several days where it stays fresh.
Never had a problem with that.
If you keep it unopened, yes, it’ll definitely keep longer than a week. I gathered that OP is talking about an opened container of milk though
Resealable holds more than a week np 👍

Well if youre buying it for the week its polite to not waste it.
Nice
That’s pretty Dull 👍
If you don’t have variety over time please be at least taking a multivitamin too. It’s not perfect but it helps against nutrient deficiencies
There’s meals that provide a wide range of nutrients probably enough to cover everything. Chicken curry (bell pepper, carrots, chicken breast, rice) could be one I think.
Potatoes and butter is enough.
I guess the nutrient variety could be built into the repeat meals ?
I hope you’ve done your research on the nutritional value of your unvarying meal. And do you only eat one meal a day? Or is there variety in other meals?
It would be actually dull if you told us the meal
All hail the king.
