      Because he spent a full Year’s worth of his first term at his own properties. Everyone knows he does fuck all beside sign whatever is put in front of him, and occasionally rant into a microphone. No questions were needed.

          They replaced duplicate signatures on his recent pardons after the fact. The auto pen stuff is just like everything else, projection.
