She’s not in the process of shooting, or even aiming. If anything, she’s either about to, or has just pulled the bolt. She’s surrounded by unspooked birds. She hasn’t shot yet, or been shot at, and isn’t immediately about to be. The suppressor suggest she’s there unspotted, and she at least plans to remain as such, after shooting.
