ESA has adjusted the scope of Phase 2 of its LEO Cargo Return Services initiative to include demonstration missions to future commercial space stations.

I hope ESA becomes an anchor tenant at one of the new stations. Even if that means “only” having 1-2 ESA crew continually, that would be such an improvement over their sporadic ISS crew.
