MaiaSpace plans to launch an initial flight of its two-stage Maia rocket in 2026 with a reduced propellant load on a suborbital trajectory.

    I don’t mind that at all. Given the track record of new launch vehicles, going suborbital on purpose for the first launch is probably in everyone’s best interest. Lord knows there’s enough junk in orbit.
