Because, in my opinion, Trump has 70 years of organized crime surrounding him.

Because, in my opinion, Trump has organized violent militias to protect him.

Because, in my opinion, Trump uses the NSA as a personnel filing system for blackmailing and extorting people.

Because, in my opinion, we are all hoping that he just dies without having a civil war over his tiny teeny tiny hands.

I had an old coworker who had given MAGA organizations her life’s savings. She was working well past her planned retirement and wound up getting a head injury when a patient bopped her on the head three times. She shouldn’t have been put in the position to work high acuity psychiatry in her 70s. She was going to retire destitute but after that nobody could deny she just wasn’t safe to work anymore. And to the day she retired she kept saying trump was going to reward her any day now. I know somebody here is gonna talk shit but aside from being too damn naïve she was such a kind soul. And I’ve only ever worked psych as a nurse but she’d done all kinds of things like oncology and wound care so if I had a patient with a medical problem or who needed an IV placed she had my back. She’d rant to the high heavens about the lizard people but damn if she didn’t know her lab values and meds back to front. I hope those grifters rot in hell.

It’s just a variation on Christianity.

Preachers prey on people like that all the time and it’s ok because it’s privileged superstition. Replace “trump” with “Jesus” and that’s the story of millions and millions of people.

“If you don’t, someone else will.” But that only works when the population is so divided that they don’t trust the average replacement to hold your standards. And then of course be proven that the next person actually doesn’t hold the same standards.

Plenty of people are telling him to piss off, it doesn’t matter anymore, he has the keys to the castle.

He’s also surrounded by a cabal of the worst people humanity has to offer, who are taking this opportunity to get as much abhorrent shit done as they can before he kicks the bucket and this weird cult of personality they have dies with him.

None of them are interested in stopping this train, they’re getting everything they dreamed of and more.

    A) the Supreme Court decided the president is above the law

    B) that destroyed any chance to “use the Constitution” as it dramatically undermined what few checks and balances there were

    C) MAGA congresspeople willingly gave up their own power to him

    D) now riots are coming

      What came before that:

      • Several members of the US SC have been compromised (Brett Kavanaugh, Clarence Thomas, and possibly others) by having been photographed/filmed at sexually explicit events with minors.
      • In the case of Kavanaugh this was even dangled in front of his eyes at his confirmation hearing to make sure he understood he was to walk the line or else.
      • Cases were brought in front of the SC to make sure they could rule on “Presidential immunity”
      • Even though this empowered Joe Biden to unprecedented levels of presidential impunity, he choose to do nothing with it and let the the his AG continue his slow work on trying get anything to stick on Trump, or attempt to push.
      • Under Obama II, Mitch McConnell succeeded in preventing liberal justices to be confirmed in the Senate, leaving a notorious psychopath/narcissistic sociopath to fill 3 conservative justices in a single term, despite being one of the least popular presidents of all time.

I still rage thinking about this…

Obama: Scalia dies in the beginning of the election year and Mitch McFuck says “it’s too close to the election, we need to let the people decide.”

Trump: Ginsberg dies WHILE MAIL IN VOTING IS HAPPENING and Mitch McFuck rams through a nomination…

God I hate that piece of shit. They got two justices by having no fucking morals whatsoever and playing double standards. Not to mention Obama calling their bluff. They tried this “Obama just wants a far left judge he’d never pick someone respected like Garland.” So he picks Garland and they pull this it’s too late bullshit…

It’s “my party” as in: I hold my nose, disgusted at the fact they’re the only viable option until we change the voting system, but am fully aware they’re 90% shit and do dumbass fucking things like “make the same person Republicans wanted as a justice be an attorney general responsible for holding Trump accountable.”

Doesn’t change the fact that Mitch McFuck is a piece of shit that has no standards other than “whatever gets me more power.”

If you keep holding your nose and supporting them they have no motivation to change. This tells them they can do whatever they want because you’ll keep coming back for more. That’s how Democrats have gone from the party of Jimmy Carter to ‘what genocide?’

Whack people in the face with big wads of cash for long enough, and they numb out.

…and I’m generously assuming nothing more sinister was in play.

I think there is something more sinister but thats another topic. Its not hard to see how America has really turned evil the last 10 years and its not just money. The mindset has completely changed.

The USA was run by the Jesuit Order, since one of the founders (Carrol) and his family were Jesuits. They served the Black Pope.

Because enough of the people who would be responsible for stopping this senile psychopath see him as THEIR senile psychopath and they’re more interested in seeing the people they don’t like get hurt than they are in preserving the rule of law or the constitution. The rest could try to send a message by pushing for articles of impeachment, but the message it sends is entirely wrong if and when he’s just fully acquitted by his ruling party.

This incidentally is a big part of why the mid-term election is going to be so important. If his shitstick cronies get thrown the fuck out then maybe something useful will actually get done about him.

    That’s how democracy works

The will of the people is greater than the laws as written

The people voted for Trump, a Republican congress, and by extension a Republican Supreme Court

    It’s working as intended

30% of US adults voted for trump.

Decades of gerrymandering, voter suppression, disinfo campaigns and no small amount of outright fraud brought the current regime to power, not the will of american people.

Because the people who didn’t want him, have things to lose and are reluctant to upset their way of life in doing so. That’s the American Way, is to chain and distract the populace just enough where they’re interlocked in indecisiveness as to do or don’t. Please do not shit on these people, I’m absolutely sure if it was entirely worth it, we would’ve started the 2nd Revolution by now from this tyranny that has taken hold on us.

The people who did vote for him - have nothing to lose, which is why they don’t care, which is why they support everything he does.

I would have written something that would have 100% gotten me banned, if I didn’t have a community to build. And I would have been 100% right about it, and anyone who would say otherwise, could straight up fuck themselves.

      If I had written it.

But long-term goals, and people come first.
