    I mean this is kinda fair.

    I’ve started many a new job and could only think of how much better things were run at my old jobs.

    Sometimes places just have shitty ways of doing things even though on the surface everything seems to be running smoothly meanwhile the workers have to deal with unnecessary steps that just slow everything down.

      Yeah… my current job like…

      • doesn’t do real code reviews. They just kind of eyeball it, from what I can tell
      • doesn’t do automated testing
      • Doesn’t write tickets with enough information for anyone to figure out what to do

      But they’ve been doing it this way for years, so changing it is a long road.
