The whistleblower here, according to what I read this morning in a guardian article I think it was, was only shown it, could not take notes, had to give it back. It’s a secret memo basically. Despite their own homeland security rules being they do have to respect the 4th amendment.

They are now saying they have to give a chance to the person to open up before they break in. One wonders if that is just subjective to the cop.
