      Unfortunately, probably not.

      DAs only take cases they have a good chance of winning. Since it takes only 1 juror to get in the way of a guilty verdict, there’s not much chance this murderer will ever see justice from the legal system.

        No, this case would be no harder to prosecute than Derek Chauvin’s was. In fact it would be an even easier slam dunk. Plus a hung jury doesn’t mean a an acquittal. They would just do another trial.

        The real reason they won’t bring charges is because they’re afraid of ICE and federal retaliation. They could go after Walz, the mayor, the DA, shoot the arresting officers, attack the jail, who the fuck knows what else.

        It’s really no different than Latin American countries where courts are paralyzed because they’re in fear of the cartels who have embedded themselves into the government.
