If Trump could take whatever he wanted wherever he wanted then we would not have any Medicaid or SNAP funding, and pretty much all forestry workers would not be getting paid either. But that’s not the case.

This bill does not just fund the military, it also funds human services, transportation, education, housing and urban development, etc.
