    righties/anarchy/MAGA/nazis

One of these is not like the others…

I agree with your point but please don’t equate anarchy (the absence of hierarchy) with the MAGA movement (a strict hierarchy of authority).

Perhaps you used it to mean chaos/disorder but that’s not the definition of the word. Despite modern revisionism and dictionaries now stating so, but a common misuse in order to remove legitimacy from the concept.

Just to let you know. My son(24) is a full on anarchist. He believes in no laws, survival of the fittest, anti capitalism.

He supports MAGA as does his anarchist friends. They see MAGA as the quickest route to their goals. They see the chaos as motivators for the public to embrace removal of all authority. They see Trump as their new savior ushering in a world broken. Where they can do what they want without reservation or consequences.

I’m sorry to say this, but your son is an idiot then and doesn’t understand anarchism.

Anarchism is, of course, by its nature, a very broad term that covers many different views. But survival of the fittest isn’t a tenet held by almost any anarchists. Support of fascism definitely isn’t a tenet held by any anarchists.

No authority doesn’t mean no consequences. If he intends to harm others then he can’t be surprised when they enact harm upon him in response.

If he’s inclined to read, there’s many books available here which go into detail about various forms of anarchism:

Proudhon, Kropotkin, Graeber, Bookchin, and Goldman are some authors he could begin with.

Sadly we’re all in a morally grey area. Because for some reason lefty/anarchy/dem people kinda tell that Ashli Babbitt murder was justified.

Instead of moralizing, one could’ve called for fully transparent investigations of police actions, but that’s not how you mobilize the crowd
