Ok, I’m new to looking at replacing my phone with something that doesn’t run Google or Apple.
Is there an OS I can use which is a. FOSS, b. European, and c. runs banking apps. Because I basically don’t take a wallet anywhere anymore, just my phone. Sure, there are occassions when I take a slimline wallet with a couple of cards, but quite often if I’m making a significant puchase I need my phone to TFA it.
I don’t care about cameras or headphone jacks that much. I do care about being able to buy shit.

Hmm, I do use Starling in the UK which seems like it’s worked in the past but doesn’t now.
