So, there are the Esa missions.
But is the coöperation becoming deeper now? With this triple “more boosters!!!” I’m expecting their next step to be “more boosters on the boosters!”
Next step is running fuel lines everywhere and asparagus staging.
More legacy tech. How wonderful!
Next step: More struts
Looking at the photo, they currently have eight struts. They’re getting there! Cute seeing the little ones grow and learn! 🥰
The connectors between the booster and the main rocket are interestingly in the top part, BTW. Gotta try that some day. Maybe they have a point? I heard ESA has been playing with this stuff for quite long, actually!
“I’m a space engineer. That means I solve problems. Not problems like ‘what is beauty,’ cause that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy. I solve practical problems. For instance, how am I gonna get a heavy payload off of Earth and into space before my boss is tearin’ me a structurally superfluous new behind? The answer? A booster. And if that don’t work? More boosters.”
Only 4 boosters? That’s rookie numbers.
