I literally eat whole heads of raw cabbage on the daily as part of my “lose a ton of weight without having to cook by noshing on tons of veggies and exercising” project 😄
Nah, I love cabbage and because it’s so full of fiber and low calorie, it keeps me full for a long time and does wonders for my digestion while keeping my caloric intake low lol
