The studio behind Neon Genesis Evangelion is officially releasing its new 30th-anniversary anime for free after accidentally leaking it online.

Studio Khara accidentally included high-quality footage of the full anime film in its copyright takedown emails sent to those who shared the camrip, such as Chibi Reviews on X (formerly Twitter).
