      Well, Mr. Pretti was 2A carrying, and what do I hear? “He shouldn’t have been carrying”, " he was reaching for his gun", “you don’t know, you weren’t there”, " he was a violent individual confronting federal officers", and so on. Rules for thee but not for me and all that.

      Pretti exercised his 2nd amendment right and that worked out in death for him.

      We should be showing up armed and ready, but don’t make it seem like it’s an easy thing to do.

        The key to showing up armed is to have friends, preferably many, also armed.

        It’s easy to single out and bludgeon a peaceful concealed carrier with naught but helpless spectators around and conveniently see the weapon on his person as an “imminent threat” after executing him on the street. (God rest his soul)

        If the local 2A club was peacefully standing out there, the thugs would definitely reconsider violence as their first resort.
