Heya guys.
So I read that we may be vitamin B deficient and that supplementing may help our neurology, and help avoid dementia in later life.
I’ve tried a few times, but every time I take a supplement I wake up in the night with my brain feeling like I have drunk too much alcohol.
So I assume that’s actually harmful.
Anyone got a similar experience?
Is that the only thing you take before bed?

idk what those are but is your doctor aware of all of it? hope you feel better
@ComradeMiao I am not under the care of a doctor for ADHD and have no desire to be so.
