If it’s the party of not taking bribes to go against the interests of their constituents, awesome. If it’s anything else, get F’d. Get money out of politics, we are sick of you buying our votes and lying through your teeth all the way to the bank.
Nah, it seems like it’s the party of taking all the bribes. Their problem with current politics is that voters are actually expecting Democrats to do something other than taking bribes while the Republicans are afraid that all the bribes they are taking will be meaningless if Trump becomes God-King.
Actually, this might not even be a bad thing, the corrupt leaving the Dem party on their own would actually free that platform to actually do something for once.
Dumbass title that doesn’t relate what the content is actually about.
“Disgruntled Republicans sick of being bullied by Donald Trump and Democrat centrists imperiled by the Left are secretly having conversations about forming a third party in American politics, The Swamp can exclusively reveal.”
Literally the first paragraph. The entire article is literally only talking about what the title says. Did you even read it? It’s relatively short.
Disgruntled Republicans sick of being bullied by Donald Trump and Democrat centrists imperiled by the Left are secretly having conversations about forming a third party in American politics, The Swamp can exclusively reveal.

In other words a spoiler party.
It’s not a spoiler when the neolibs do it. Progressives are the ones who have to vote blue no matter who.
So a right wing ruse to further fragment the opposition? Yeah, I figured

Some people on the left: We gotta vote for neolibs or the world will literally end!!!
Neolibs the second they don’t get their way:
I’m confused, I thought they didn’t like each other? Almost as if it’s all fake sentiment and the real game is the corporate sponsorship. Watching Obama yuck it up with Trump lately was a slap in face. Holy shit, could it be any more obvious. You already have alternatives to the status quo, just vote for them.
First past the post is not democracy, it’s kleptocracy.
Coming to you now from Mitch McConnell and Nancy Pelosi.
Just heads in jars.

Yeah, the problem was mostly that the two parties so far were “full throttle” and “no throttle”, and half of these guys are upset that someone found the brakes, while the other half would like to continue on mostly full throttle without overheating the engine because they want long-lasting fascism instead of breaking down on the side of the highway to hell.
The only party worth talking about is the Guillotine Party.
Oh good, another neolib party to compete with the neolib party and the fascist party
🤣🤣🤣
If the Democratic neocons are ready to come out of their closets we should be happy for them living their truth.
Democrat centrists imperiled by the Left
lol. Bye!
Buh bye.
Buh bye now.
Is it a common saying the way you did the “Buh bye, Buh bye now” or you also watch Tara Mooknee content?
It’s a common saying when you exit the plane.
TIL, thanks ^^
@Redditsux if a third party was anything other than a manipulative plot, it would start in the states, gain traction for its stances and success in delivering, and spread to other states.
Any national, top down attempt to form a third party is either psyops or a fool’s power grab.
@Urban_Hermit @Redditsux Yes! Successful 3rd parties must work from the ground up, not from the top down every four years. It’s hard work at the local and state level.
Any assertion about how a “successful” third party works is by nature purely speculative.
@bitjunkie This is a forum where we share deas and speculate about a lot of things. If you’re not willing or able to add anything of substance to the discussion, you can always scroll on by.
Ciao. 🌞
Wouldn’t that only be true if the third party was running a brand new slate of candidates? If the Republicans and Democrats are in secret talks to form a third party, it’s likely that a whole bunch of incumbents plan to break off from their parties to join the third party. They don’t need to win an election to do that, they could do it right now.
Of course their old parties would try to defeat them in the next election, but if these incumbents have been getting elected for many years then they’d still be hard to unseat even in a different party. Especially so if these members’ electorates are already disgruntled with the existing parties.
@chonglibloodsport There is no indication that current republican and Democratic politicians are working to form a new party. It would certainly be leaked if it were happening.
Musk is shooting off his mouth about forming a third party. Based on his track record, very few, if any, Democrats would join him. He would split the republican party if he tried. It’s probably an empty threat, but I hope he does it and fails spectacularly
This could be great for progressives. A lot of voters don’t pay attention during primaries and only vote for Democrats because they’re ostensibly left-wing. I can’t see someone like Elissa Slotkin having any viability when she’s not camping on the de facto progressive space.
This is how we know it’s all a farce, they don’t want a natural independant party like Bernie Sanders or AOC
