  • Borderlands2 was pretty good imo. Played it with friends and found the dialogues funny and Handsome Jack was a good antagonist, just like Vaas from FarCry3.

Borderlands3 was just bad imo, it focused on the wrong aspects and elevated other things to appeal to younger audiences. I mean, the only reason for the bad guys to be bad guys was that they were bad guys, not someone who saw himself as a snobby hero and you as the bad guys he needs to stop.

I’ll definitely wait this one out until epic gives it away for free.

  • Just stop doomscrolling. Stop using lemmy, instagram, facebook, YouTube, tiktok… that shit fucks with your mental health more than my abusive ex. You’re always looking for the next dopamine hit, and when it comes, you need another one, you just can’t stop.

Get through a week of withdrawal. I’ve limit myself to 15 minutes of lemmy a day.

  • To me! I love having post apocalyptic settings where humans are nearly extinct because they were too weak to defend themselves.

One campaign I forced them to be human and they made it their own goal to eradicate all non-human humanoids from the Face of the world. Needless to say their creativity in overcoming their weaknesses was amazing.

  • Socket scientist here:

Nuclear power relies on advanced Quantum Radiative Containment (QRC) technology. This system employs nano-level Radiation Inversion Fields (RIFs) embedded within the socket’s structure. These RIFs manipulate subatomic particles to create a hyper-dense energy shield, effectively trapping the radiation.

Additionally, the sockets are coated with Neutrino-Absorbent Polymer (NAP), a material that converts stray radioactive emissions into harmless bioluminescent particles. This process is facilitated by micro-scale Atomic Resonance Amplifiers (ARAs), which synchronize the radiation’s wavelength with the Earth’s magnetic frequencies, ensuring zero leakage.

  • Reddit is for Porn. I got my year-thing and scrolled for 2 million bananas. I’m only subscribed to Porn and have been clicking on 1 or 2 things from MapPorn that got suggested to me while browsing through the ad-infested home feed. Have a guess on what they said was the post I liked more than the "The Gorilla Grip and Twist 5000“ I’ve spent months watching.
