I’m not in one of those states, but Google recently told me they couldn’t verify that I was an adult… for my business account that Google definitely knows is a business.

So they changed some of my settings, which basically amounted to them tracking me less and not personalizing ads for me. I think I’m just going to leave it. Apparently you don’t need to be an adult to run their business analytics or advertise with them or whatever. Somehow they seem to know that my personal account belongs to an adult. All my accounts are linked and under the same name, so I’m not sure why they can’t figure out the other two.

It’s always been weird to me that while we have total freedom to move anywhere within the country, these fuckers choose to live in a blue state and just complain about it constantly.

Humans have always understood our experience through stories and myths. Literally every civilization throughout history has them. I’ve had servers who didn’t know ranch dressing contained mayo. Can you name every ingredient in tiramisu, or bouillabaisse, or penang curry? You wouldn’t think twice about eating those.
