Flash freezing individual fish feels a bit different than taking out that (presumably thawed) fish, using it to make sushi rolls, and then refreezing it.

Edit: My perception was obscured by disgust and I didn’t realize these are California rolls and don’t have fish, but the point stands. Frozen rice and frozen avocado are fucking gnarly. Frozen avocado especially is a sin.

I think this is because dual flush is more modern, so newer built buildings or ones that are often renovated like businesses or airports would have them. I’ve seen the dual flush top button on new residential builds because it wastes less water and therefore more economical.
