I’m looking forward to this weekend I’m making a hamper for my friend with snacks and toiletries. Can’t wait to pick things out for her! I’m also having coffee with another friend
First weekend with no guests in about eight weeks. Need to think of a way to celebrate. Maybe pizza, maybe beef and ale pie.

Honestly, the main base of the flavour comes from the onions and beer, and all those roasty carmelized notes. I would be willing to bet that a portobello version would be pretty dang good too.
