Obama signed the 2012 NDAA which created the power troops wield as they are mobilized on US soil. It expanded the concept of the “battlefield” on the “war on terror” to include US soil, and empowered indefinite detention without charge or trial, and without the possibility for review, of anyone an offical could claim was a “terrorist”. Including US citizens. All some pig has to say is that they suspect you of terrorism, and they can imprison you for life without trial and with no recourse for you. Which is clearly unconstitutional.
