When I got older and interested in revolutionary history, it really highlights how even simple coordination between workers enables so much more than just negotiation with an employer or industry.

Well, unionization alone isn’t enough. It’s like having a hammer and not using it.
But having a hammer is significantly better for construction work than not having one.
