I want to know which browser is best for Android.
Firefox since v1.0.1 RC :)
Ironfox I think
EDIT : typo
There is like 2 browsers, Firefox, or all the chromium based ones?
That’s pretty much it for Android currently. There are a few more choices for PC.
There is a new browser in development called Ladybird, but a stable release is still years away and they are focusing on desktop support first.
DuckDuckGo, i like the “burn everything” animation (and functionality, but mostly the animation)
Is it open source though?
Edit: Yes it is. https://duckduckgo.com/duckduckgo-help-pages/open-source/opensource-overview
Iceraven for browsing, Ironfox for anything that screams “don’t open this”, Fennec for stored logins only and Cromite if I ever needed a Chromium browser.
IronFox with ublock origin
Just firefox really, never had any real issues
i use fennec f-droid with ublock origin and numatrix
Ironfox. Not particularly happy with it, though. Websites keep breaking.
waterfox is pretty good.
Waterfox doesnt seem to have a mobile version
it’s here
Ty
waterfox seems to have a partnership with ecosia which shares your information with microsoft
you can give sites some slack from settings > ironfox settings

On Android, I use Firefox. If Falkon were available on Android, I’d use that as well. I use both of those on Linux and BSD.
I use the one that’s funded by Google.
I see what you did there
Netscape Navigator 1.0. I think there’s probably an update for it now.
IronFox for Android, at least until Google blocks it, and LibreWolf for desktop.
Firefox for Android doesn’t use chrome and has extensions including adblockers
That also makes it the ideal YouTube app for Android
I use Ultimatum. It’s more sirious take on Chromium with extension support, which was only a test.
