In Australia the receiving phone would “ring” even if you didnt put any money in.

You’d dial and let it ring a few times and then hang up.

Absolutely no NSFL content.
Be nice. Don’t take anything personally. Take political debates to the appropriate communities. Take personal disagreements & arguments to private messages.
No advertising, brand promotion, or guerrilla marketing.
