I’m burned out, but I’m also procrastinating more. I know one feeds the other, but I also feel that if I get the latter under control, the former will thrive.
I’ve currently installed a browser extension “time tracker” to just better gauge where I’m throwing my attention. I feel like I might just break free if I force my brain into OCD mode for a few hours
it’s so unfair!!!

I am getting to that point where 75% effort requires the same lengthy recharge.
I am at the point any amount of effort requires the same lengthy recharge
I just came off a four day weekend and I’m already back to being burned out…
And that’s why I usually have an hours worth of fucking off time throughout the day.
