How in the actual fuck did she still have a drivers license or a car?

This is the fault of the police for failing to notice a violently-obvious pattern.

Because driving is treated like some sort of fundamental human right.

You don’t need a license to drive a car. All you need is access to one. In NY State at least, you don’t even need a license to just own a car, although you do need one to register and insure it. Unless you care about the law, there’s nothing stopping you or anyone from driving.

I live close to a two lane roundabout and there is not a day where someone doesn’t use the wrong lane, doesn’t care and just merges without even looking. It’s comical how often it happens. The other day a bicycle was involved and he almost got run over. I honked, because i was super sure he didn’t even notice. The cyclist then stopped at the edge of the road, to curse him out or because he got shaky knees, idk, and i was behind the guy, and he almost ran him over again, because it looked like he was looking at his phone. It’s pretty nuts how many people can’t really drive or just don’t care, because other people watch and go out of the way for them.

[Driver] was found at the scene with numerous illegal narcotics and packaging materials commonly associated with drug distribution…

Police say she has previously been arrested over 100 times, has more than 82 court warrants that have been issued for her, and has received 40 traffic citations.

    So, prison, right? Right?

If being arrested every other month for two decades isn’t enough to correct behaviour, it’s time to throw the half measures out the window.

Another state failing to protect the public from dangerous individuals. It’s as much the cort systems fault as much as the evil drug dealing bitches fault. Evil drug dealing bitch needs an execution and the state needs to explain there decision on why she isn’t behind bars and then the prosecutor of her cases need to explain them selfs for failing to protect this man from her dangerous behavior. To add to my rant of anger, her lawyer should be held as an accomplice to her crimes. She is a known criminal her lawyer had to have a knowledge defending her crimes. Because of him/her she was free to kill this man.

WTF? She’s awful, and belongs in jail, but her lawyer is just doing his job. She has a right to a lawyer, you can’t criminalize defense lawyers for the crimes of their clients. If he keeps succeeding over and over, it’s probably not because he’s the greatest lawyer in history, it’s probably because the local court system allows her to stay free. Blame them, not some underpaid, overworked public defender.

For a lawyer to get someone like her off the hook so many times, I highly doubt he’s underpaid. It’s probably a private lawyer with ties in the system to get her off the hook so many times.
