minus-squareuntorquer@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up4·16 days agoI stopped drinking fluids three hours before sleep and that’s helped. Just have to hydrate well early in the day. Doesn’t work if i drink any alcoholic or sugary beverages.
