They seem to understand republicans far more than democracts, other than what they call the party.
Disney version of 1992, I see.
They forgot the fascism and guns on the red side. Maybe they are all inside the church.
As Jesus intended
* Jesus in this comment is American Jesus only. Any resemblance to other incarnations of Jesus are entirely coincidental and should not be inferred.
At first glance I thought the catcher is pointing a gun towards the other guy’s ass.
Very accurate.
Not a single gun. No oil. No megacorporations. The fundamental issues of the core divide aren’t even hinted at here.
The what argues with women, and men and women on the right shake. Also CNN? Is that a stand in for being informed by multiple sources of news?
They seem quite pleased, I think it’s more about casual clothes and communication vs rigid/formal clothes and communication.
Being on the side of the HP laptop should be enough of a wakeup call.
besides the point it’s weird how I recognize seeing this Image before AI, but I still did a double check.
Hahaha I’m curious about the reasoning behind the HP and mac being red/blue
HP, I think, just represents using a generic PC. The stereotype is that liberals use Macs
Hm. I would have thought libs would be all in Linux, which is mainly PC focused.
The creative industry has a history of using Mac
If you think that, you live in a bubble. Go to an anti-Trump protest and ask what desktop operating system they use. Your answers will be “Windows is gross, ew, I use a Mac”, “Whatever my job gives me, I haven’t used a personal laptop in years”, and “What’s an operating system?”
Haha that’s fair.
Probably because MAC was niche for a long time hipster for a long time. HP/Compaq and now Dell has almost always been synonymous with corporate office workers
I feel like this is because Japanese tourists hit up Hawaii and the west cost a lot. Affluent areas and the west coast tech scene are littered with Macs. And those areas are also pretty blue.
I like that they think the business professionals just spend the day eating KFC in their pickup truck while listening to Morgan Wallen.
Although the catcher with a handgun is somewhat correct.
Looks like the batter got hit in the balls…

I mean, have you lived in the south? Not too far off base
True. That guy could be regional bank manager in Tallahassee.

Agreeing/coming to an agreement, versus the “left” side constantly arguing.
Japan et al is a very societally conservative country and considers the typical right-wing mob/sheep mentality preferable to the left’s constant debates.
But they gave us the good sushi tho
Have you tried Japanese fried chicken? It’s incredible.
Also their omelettes and pancakes.
But not their cheese. Fuck Japan’s terrible cheese.
Okonomiyaki, breakfast of elite college libs.
Interesting. I know japan has that weird kfc-at-christmas because of the successful ad campaign, but it’s always korean fried chicken that I hear about being special.

Eh… Kind of? In my experience most people under 40 in Japan are completely apolitical. Like to the point where they wouldn’t really understand the difference between the left and right.
They have some of the worst voting turnout in the world, and the older class typically makes all the decisions in regards to government.
They are socially conservative, but mostly because the younger generations are completely disconnected from politics.
That’s how the west got where it is now. The majority no giving a shit opens the door for the minority/nutters to do what they want.
Being “apolitical” means you support the current system/party. If you didn’t you’d be political.
Largely fits stereotypes from about 15 years ago. Not the most ignorant I’ve seen.
From some random dude on the Internet, I’m both on some parts of either side of this meme and not even in it in others.

Yes, that Nikkei, like the stock exchange:

Though it does feel like one of those “listicle” chum articles. The image feels a bit AI generated, whether it actually is or isn’t.
Yeah you can just slide CNN over in that other column now.
And the Tesla
And take the NYT there too
And every other media outlet
Yep move all the mainstream media out of that left column.
And Apple
