If they renege on this then we absolutely need to primary every dem senator. We need something to show this party that empty gestures aren’t enough anymore.

Didn’t they say this last time?

People are starting to realise they’re full of it.

Most Democratic senators’ word is about as trustworthy as a Republican’s word.

Only action matters at this point; anything else will be considered lies and half truths.

Oh, you can take Republicans at their word. Most of what they committed to doing, they are doing. It’s just that what they committed to doing (Project 2025), is evil as fuck.

I just PTSD-envisioned Schumer looking sternly down his glasses while rubber-stamping yet another MIC bill.

Please. Dems will roll over, cry, and then offer them double the budget they asked for.

One murder wasn’t enough. Or countless kidnappings. Or masses of documented cruelty and illegality. But two murders? TWO? Now that’s where I draw the line. Verbally. In the moment. Hopefully you don’t remember my actual vote when it comes time to reelect me. You never have before.

Yeah I suppose it is worth focusing on the Democrats when all this is clearly due to tacit Republican support every step of the way.
