Venues which cater to families often mount sinks at multiple heights. It looks like this bathroom has the left sinks mounted at adult height, while the right sinks are mounted at child height. You can see the stairstep in the countertop in photos 3 and 4. The only thing which doesn’t match up is photo 5, which I suspect has been mirrored.
I wanted to make sure this was not not ai and I found more pictures: they are so cool!
