“Erika Kirk will continue his legacy, and will be a fearless advocate for the most elite airpower force in the history of the world whose warriors keep our nation safe, strong and free.”

Do you think Erika Kirk could even describe to you how airplanes fly with a basic grade school explanation?

Oh my god, congratulations Erika. Look how far you got exploiting that bullet in your husband’s neck! Amazing. I’m sure his gay rumours were untrue, and that you loved each other so much! I hope you also one day get that closeted couch fucker away from his dirty foreigner wife! Such inspiration. Beautiful.

Getting hep c and being discharged with 1 week of boot camp left seemed like a curse when I was 21…but now that I have seen all the bullshit Trump is doing…at 33 I can say thank God for hep c.

I was considering going into the army, in 2001, after the election, I figured the leadership would get us into a war I would not want to be involved in. Nailed it.

Which I got through a program.

I have known a lot of people with hep c, all the older junkies from generations prior to mine had it it seemed, I used to have junkie roommates which ended very predictably, with them stealing my shit and selling it for pennies on the dollar. But some of their junkie acquaintances were ok, they were like in their 50’s and still doing fine, they just couldn’t drink much if at all and idk what else. Opiates for all of their faults don’t harm any organ systems.

Yep. The thing for me is I was straight edge till I was discharged. I had wanted to serve since I was like 6 yrs old, and I kept myself out of trouble. I never knew how I got it. I will say, my mother got tested after I had called her from Paris Island and told her. She had it. My dad, however, refused to get tested.

Well, in your case is the “state fair carnival ride that was on the evening news”-kind of swinging and roundingabout.

You know, the kind of a ride that you know at least three people that broke their elbows and somehow makes your cousin twitch every time he hears a pneumatic brake.

It was definitely a funny way for the universe to save my ass. Took the wind outta my sails though. I wanted to serve since I was a wee lad. But I’m a different man now.

Hey it could be a DUI hire like others too…I don’t know much about her if that could be accurate but if she’s going with that ship she’s a fucking douche. No one with any sense of morality would ever accept a position from them.

Funny how apparently all the ‘christian/godly’ (outspoken ones) types are attaching themselves to the apparent anti Christ. Well probably not literally but the description fits 1:1 and I’m an atheist but I think the Bible had a good description of that charlaton.

I recall reading some old philosopher and they described the worst person, it was Trump. I could never find it again forget but it was Plato or Aristotle I think. There have always been those types in all of history. Somehow the US was hoodwinked into actually giving him power, rather than run him off like the snake oil salesmen he is.

I’m not religious either, but I’m aware of the core principles of Christianity. Trump is the embodiment of greed, and goes heavily against what the Bible teaches, look no further than “love thy neighbor.” He actively goes against that core principle daily. I’m sure someone has done a full write up of all the things trump has done that’s against the Bibles teachings, yet these Bible loving “”“Christians”“” swear he’s the second coming of Jesus and was appointed by god.

It’s a cult, plain and simple. Christians follow him because a good amount of them are conservative, because their believe is only surface level. It’s only faith when it’s convenient and “against gods wishes or whatever” when it’s against their conservative beliefs.

Christians that belive trump is the greatest and sent to us by god haven’t read the same fucking book they’re constantly quoting, they’re hypocrites and traitors to themselves and their supposed beliefs. He is in fact the antichrist according to these people’s own book.

This is the true Trump Derangement Syndrome, because once again, every accusation is a confession of the Repulikkkan party.

“Could American Evangelicals spot the Antichrist?”

The answer is, resoundingly: no, they cannot, despite having an entire Where’s Waldo-esque guide to spotting him listed in their holy book that they love to claim to have read.

I’m an atheist (reading the Bible critically will do that to you); and even I readily recognize that Trump, and men just like him, were explicitly called out and warned against in Revelations, among other chapters.

You’ve missed the point, they KNOW he’s the antichrist. They need him to be to get to heaven without actually dying. I’m the child of old conservative evangelical christian ministers, and I can tell you at 80+ they are more terrified of dying that any other single thing.

The problem with that is you’re going to get nothing but resentment and very little sympathy from most people. The actions of your government is causing chaos in the world, and for all intents and purposes you’re doing nothing about it.

I’m just stating the reality, not defending it.

Something like 40% of people in this country support what’s happening. They might tell a survey that they’re not happy about invading Iran, but it will never stop them from financially supporting, and voting for, the fascists that are doing the things.

People here are rotten to the core.

It’s going to take a culture shift. People on the ground don’t feel like they can trust each other. Until we have a sense that our neighbors won’t let us go hungry, a general strike can’t be sustained.

We get there with mutual aid, building relationships with our neighbors, and time. General strike 2028
