Turning them into a joke erodes that myth, and their support. Enough of that, and House Reps and Senators start re-evaluating their votes. There’s very slim majorities, so it’s unlikely but it’s possible to see some good before midterms.

But then they just started ignoring what he says or claims as TACO. Trump was aware of the meme when asked about it by a reporter.
