This recipe probably has a fine amount of veg as written, I just always think it needs more than it does and I don’t measure shit when I’m making sauce 👍

I was making mediocre pasta bolognese for years and years until I found a very simple very delicious recipe and realized I was trying way way too hard with ingredients
Pasta with tomato sauce is my favorite dish, so I can cook some elaborate versions of it, but yeah, an all time favorite is still just purreed tomatoes, salt, pepper.
I thought it meant Fuck The Mainstream for a long time lol
