As someone who works in psychiatry and frequently administers cognitive tests, his comments are hilarious.
The hardest question on the ACE-III is getting someone to remember a name and address for about 15-20 minutes whilst you get them to do the other tasks - mostly repeating sentences after you, naming objects, following simple two-step commands and other things which anyone without dementia should be able to do just fine.
“Aceing” the test is just doing things that pretty much anyone without cognitive impairment should already be able to do.
My favourite part was when he was bragging about remembering ‘person, man, woman, camera, tv’ when those would absolutely not have been the words in the test. The word list will always be unrelated things (like daisy, piano, horse, book, etc), since related words would defeat the purpose.

UTIs (urinary tract infections) really fuck with people experiencing dementia. Sometimes the way a person acts under a UTI is the first sign of such cognitive decline. They’ll be fine one day, but when infection sets in it’s like they become another person.
However, that’s for people who ordinarily have self-control. For Trump, it’s anyone’s guess.
