I wasn’t aware that it was specifically targeting criminals at all.
It used to but now it’s not, and that’s why people are resigning in protest.
They have claimed that from the start and it’s the standard conservative defense, but at no time has it appeared to be true.
If they’re saying it, it’s a lie.
