Everyone has at least one friend who’s just got a traditional wood fire pizza oven and is insisting on using it.
I do have a wood fired oven, but it’s inside. So homemade pizza is a winter only thing. But takeout pizza is year round.
I did not have this friend, so I had to become this friend.
Sadly, I still have no friends to share it with :(
I feel like if your pizza oven didn’t come from “The Middle Of Lidl”, you’re not really experiencing the fundamental pizza oven culture.
We need a meetup app by appliances …. I have a smoker and need someone to share it with. My favorite is a 15# pork shoulder from Costco, but it might be a little excessive for one person
