Nope, I literally got pizza without a membership yesterday. The pharmacy is also required to be open to the public, and is consistently one of the cheapest in my area. Just tell the door person that you’re there for the pharmacy or the pizza, and they’ll wave you through without any hassle.
Looks like the food court thing isn’t everywhere, but it is at my local Costcos and lots of others.They changed the policy in 2024.
Pharmacy, eye doc, hearing aids and liquor are all allowed here for non members, but that’s all state law.

I’m hoping that the original author of the image (likely a snap or snap story) was kidding. Perhaps they were already together a long time before this and it’s just an inside joke. Otherwise, the “…” at the end signals disappointment in what I must say seems like an awesome first date experience?
