- 16 Early Twenties (six pack days)
- 20 ~24-47 (more like a keg for most of it)
- 2 in summer 1 in winter From age 47 to today because I moved to Wyoming and sleeping naked gets chilly. Six pack is back, which is nice.

Thanks. Had some serious health issues and decided that I needed to get fit or end up a wreck by the time I’m sixty.
Depends. I shower before bed most nights and 20 if I have (I also moisturise my heels so wear socks) but 4 if I haven’t and 19 if I haven’t and its a super hot night.
Does anyone do 5, 10 or 15? They seem weird to me.

The first 3 girlfriends i had, always slept in their bras. So i just assumed that was normal. I haven’t met anyone who does that ever since, and thinking about it, it seems like torture
I wouldn’t sleep with a bra, either. It’s just an unnecessary layer, preventing my skin from breathing properly. The straps would also be just in the way. I’m a cis male, though.

Mine isn’t on here. Two pairs of pants, a hoodie, and possibly a hat. I like to be burning hot at night and I am scared of heated blankets. (Cause they sometimes catch on fire)
We’re polar opposites. I’m in northern Europe and sleep with an open window, thin blanket, and rocking 20.
We want a 1 in the streets, but 20 in the sheets.
