What are you most Excited in 2026?
There’s so much going on next year, What are you waiting to happen? Me personally I’m excited for some of the games we finally get to experience such as Hytale & GTA 6.

I can assure you, with absolute certainty, there will be an election. All of the most brutal dictatorships have elections, usually with the dictator (and his cronies) getting 90+%. They do not have any meaningful opposition on the ballot.
It will happen, but it may not be real. And that’s exactly what we need to watch for, and be outraged over, because it is happening TODAY.

I found the person who opened a $25k loan in my name after they stole my identity. I have a PI investigating them currently to document their patterns.

Yeah. I’m getting too high up in the corporate ladder for my liking.
Couple of kind-of-large projects in my nonprofit organization. I have learned how to manage them, so the ones will be easier from administrative point of view. I am especially looking forward for the project to bring longevity more into public.
Full operation of the Vera Rubin observatory. 20 TB of data every day. The first images before it’s even fully set up discovered a couple of thousand new asteroids.
I’ve been working on a novel, so finishing and publishing would be grand.
Can’t wait for Mewgenics. Love Edmund’s stuff.
I’m getting a new 3d printer for Christmas, so I’m excited to see the quality improvements in printing technology since my 2017 CR-10S
Ordered a new hunting rifle. Never had a brand new one myself, always preowned.
Oh nice, Never hunted myself but have used a .22 in the past. Hope getting your new hunting rifle goes well and you can sight it in correctly for hunting season.
In my country, you are only allowed to own firearms if you are 1) a hunter or 2) an active member of a shooting club. I just registered and now I am on the wait list. 2026 will be the year I buy my first firearm ever. Some kind of pistol. Eager to learn! :)
Elections in my country. And you can imagine my general level of excitement if this is the thing I’m the most excited about.
But this fucker has been in his position for 15 years now, polarising society, being Putler’s buttplug, undermining the EU and the sanctions, protecting pedos, even trying to ban Pride, and selling out the country to China/Russia. This is pretty much the last hope to do something against that, since he’s been eroding democracy and installing puppets everywhere while moving all the country’s money to places he has personal control of.
And the only opposition runner who actually has realistic chance against him is also rather shady/sus. And this is the best thing we got.

I really hope so but the UK Government is seeing possible anti-union issues with Rockstar, so really unsure what is actually going to happen.
Between tbe parent company’s greed and most of the talent at R* North (including the writers) leaving the company, I kinda have doubts that GTA6 will even be good.
