I haven’t commented on any of the content of this story until now.
Pay very close attention the the ‘agent’ wearing the grey coat, with his back to the camera before he turns around and walks towards it holding a gun.
He goes in hands empty, retrieves the gun from the suspects waistband, at the small of his back, and leaves before the first shot is fired.
Every shot was fired, by federal agents, at an unarmed individual. Plain murder.

I’ve watched this video several times, pausing at every frame I could. You briefly see the guy’s hands. None of them was holding a gun. Just because he was carrying wasn’t an excuse to shoot him. Especially when you had enough agents present to control each limb at that point shooting the suspect was more hazardous to the other officers around. Let alone the 5 extra rounds they fired into him while he was lying flat on his back. They’re desperately trying to find a justification for this.
Watch the Nazi in the grey jacket, very clearly nothing in his hands. He jumps in and is visibly digging at the victims waistband. Then, as another Nazi executes the victim, you can see the greyshirt skuttle away with the brown gun they’re picturing. One Nazi had his gun when the other Nazi shot him.
The agent wearing a grey coat goes in empty handed, retrieves the suspects gun from his waistband at the small of his back, then exits holding the weapon before the first shot is fired.
He was in possession of a firearm; but he was disarmed before agents opened fire and murdered him. At no point was he holding the gun and/or a threat.
I don’t get it…
So if you have a gun you get shot dead. But USA has been holding on to the right of guns for ages… But for what reason? If you get shot for having one I don’t see the point
I think globally we need to start coming to terms with the fact that America is not a country of “logic” and “reason”.
Maybe it’s because I live here, but I’ve been saying that for years.
Logic does not apply to the US. It never has. Well at least since I started forming memories here.

It appears they conveniently “found” a gun on him afterwards in order to fabricate some justification for killing him. Even if it was his own gun, it clearly wasn’t in his hands at any point in this clip.
I think OP of the post is correct. Play the video in slow motion and watch the grey coat guy. He approaches with empty hands and appears to retrieve a weapon from the suspect’s back and is walking away with it before the first shot is fired.
So the suspect was likely unarmed when the shooting starts.
I’m assuming these brainwashed zombies known as ICE, have been ordered to plant guns on protestors.
I think the gun was actually there, nowhere near being used, and they found it before shooting him.
My guess, someone saw a gun, yelled ‘gun’, and an agent assumed that must have meant that somehow magically the guy had a gun in his hands that he didn’t see and just opened fire…
Or else he drew his gun to be prepared for a gunfight and pulled the trigger…
Or someone else made the case that the ICE guy who took the gun from the victim ended up discharging the gun into the ground as a first shot, and another officer heard that gunfire and just started blasting, with no idea where the shot was fired from or toward.
So in short, yeah, he had a gun on his person, in no way a threat to the ICE people since his hands never went anywhere near it, and ICE fired on him.
Terrible enough incident on its own, even worse is Noem lying to justify it and declare no possible wrongdoing or even improper procedure, and again they are impeding real law enforcement investigation…
Anything coming from DHS/ICE or any other executive branch entity should be considered a lie until independent reporting from a non major news outlet confirms otherwise.
I do not believe that was his gun as of right now.
While you are correct, I do think it was his gun, but they lied by implying he was there to ‘assassinate’ ICE and that he approached them ‘with a gun’ (technically the truth, but the gun was no where near being used by the victim).
Newer footage shows them disarming him by removing his gun. He never had it in his hand or reached for it.

Having a gun in America is to prevent this from happening. Man was clearly being assaulted, where’s the “self-defense” argument for citizens?
The video shows one of the gestapo cunts running away from the incident with a gun in his hand, which he didn’t have at first. If that’s the case and it’s the victim’s gun then he was already disarmed before the murdered him.
