‘Legally carrying a firearm is not the same as brandishing a firearm,’ the former Georgia congresswoman wrote

Marjorie Taylor Greene has urged fellow MAGA supporters – and other Americans – to “take off their political blinders” over the death of protester Alex Pretti in Minneapolis, warning that they are being “incited into civil war.”

“I unapologetically believe in border security and deporting criminal illegal aliens and I support law enforcement,” Greene wrote on X Sunday, the day after the fatal shooting. “However, I also unapologetically support the 2nd amendment.

“Legally carrying a firearm is not the same as brandishing a firearm.”

Despite video showing that 37-year-old Pretti was filming federal officers but did not have a weapon drawn, the Trump administration has claimed he had tried to assassinate agents in an act of “domestic terrorism.”

They didn’t even really throw her out until she got salty over not running for senate (which they told her ‘no’ cuz she’d have lost.)

Coming out of this hell for the USA could require help from anyone, and convincing MAGAs to come over to the good side might be accomplished more readily by someone who once was theirs, would that be her or not.

Doesn’t matter if the intent is to cause a civil war or not. We don’t have a choice.

They will keep ramping up until we fight back. May as well start it now before more lives are lost.

I know Trump thinks it’s going to keep there from being primaries, midterms, but he’s wrong.

It’s also not going to stop us from demanding the Epstein files.

On one hand it’s good to see anyone with a following stating truth to power, on the other hand it kinda pisses me off that only now after multiple needless deaths does this ass-hat who helped to set this situation up finally come to her senses.

I’ll take what can be had from her words, but she cannot be trusted and shares blame for the groundwork for the cult followers we see today. She’s also made a lot of money and is getting out after the fact.

I can’t help but read MTG as Magic the Gathering and it makes these headlines kinda sorta bearable.
