Now, the automaker is reshaping its electric strategy — shifting toward lower-cost, high-volume EVs and leaning harder into hybrids. It’s a reversal of Ford’s early strategy of electrifying its most iconic, priciest vehicles first, betting that brand loyalty and subsidies would offset sticker shock.

    If buy one if they were affordable and weren’t always fucking tracking me or measuring me in some way. Install the motor, working doors, maybe a radio, maybe AC, and give it to me. I don’t need the rest. I actually hate driving anyways and only need it to go to work. The rest is probably why it costs so damn much. I don’t need my car to talk to me.

    That said, if he’s planning to compete with Chinese EV’s then he’s going to have to figure out how to get around their $3 Minimum Wage.

    Why would I buy a electric vehicle from a company that has a history of recalls, dropped DEI, and singlehandedly made pickup trucks bigger to market to douchebags? The general population call Fords the “Fix Or Repair Daily” vehicle.

    Im not buying that shit.

    They promised $40k trucks but delivered $100k trucks instead. They made the infamous sports car mustang into a 4 door mom car that looked stupid. They never had the inventory on hand when we went for our first test drives. “Nobody wants EVs, the consumer has spoken!” No, you twats, we couldn’t afford them. We’re waiting on BYD to finally arrive so they’ll obliterate you idiots into dropping the prices substantially.
