Person posting is basically saying trump willingly increased the gas prices and that is kind of “woke”. I stumbled as well.

While true, in my opinion, there is not enough context in the image itself to conclude the creator of the image was thinking about that. They could easily just be lamenting high gas prices, because they love gas powered vehicles, and are just using ‘woke’ as ‘politically bad’.
