    Most people aren’t eating enough fiber. When I got my recent colonoscopy and they found polyps, they said to eat more fiber.

    I read the article, but unless I missed it somehow, it didn’t say much about fiber.

      Eating less meat and more plants is going to naturally push people towards more fiber. With the added benefit of helping the environment and reducing odds of heart disease as well.

          I the nurse’s defense they are not a nutritionist. Throwing additional fiber into your diet is quicker and easier than reevaluating your entire diet.

    Fiber up people! Quit eating that factory processed shit. I don’t know if this is factual or not but it seems to me that it is much more expensive to eat healthy than it is to eat highly processed foods. That almost seems like a cattle-chute to me.
