I love tounge, its one of the best cuts of meat.
My mother didn’t know how to cook it, so she just boiled it without skinning it. It was so bad I never want to eat it again.

I watched my new dog take a shit the other day, and then turned around and started nibbling at it. He’s big on getting in your face and giving kisses and I can’t stop thinking about the poop.

Some people won’t eat tongue because their culture doesn’t eat tongue and when asked they come up with reasons.
“We just don’t, it’s a cultural thing” is so often the correct explanation, but our brains usually spin up reasons that are tidy, “just so” or satisfying even if completely off base.

Bullshit, the taste buds are the best part.
Ate tongue once, truely i thought it tasted so good because of the taste buds. But i was a dumb kid. And still a dumb adult.
I don’t eat organ meat period.
Not my cup of tea due to consistency.And if I do eat it, I want to stay in blissfull ignorance and enjoy the taste.
Thats why we eat them in the anonymous burger/sausage form.
